We shall contact you to confirm availability of the property/properties in which you are interested, and to answer any other questions which you may have.
Once a booking has been accepted, we shall mail you your Lease which, provided that it is acceptable to you, you will be required to sign and date and to return to us, together with 25% of the rent plus the Booking and Security Deposit. All Leases will be countersigned by the owner/s, and this having been done, tenants will be mailed a copy of the completed document, plus directions to the property.
The 75% balance of your rent will be payable 6 weeks before the start of your tenancy.
Please note that we only accept payment by Sterling cheque, banker's draft or interbank transfer in Pounds Sterling (UK). Any bank charges will be the responsibility of the tenant.
We would be delighted to mail applicants printed particulars of any of our properties. Whilst these are identical to the details shown above, the photographs are a little larger.
